You may encounter one of two common errors when you attempt to create a new application. One indicates that your Social Security number is in use and the other states that your email address is in use.
Social Security Number:
If you encounter a Social Security "in use" message, please attempt to log in to your account with your email address and password. (If you cannot recall the email associated with the application that is using your SSN number, we recommend you contact support.)
If you encounter the email "in use" message, select the blue "login" option. This selection will direct you to the login screen. Enter your email address and password to log in to your existing account. (If you cannot recall your password, you can start the password recovery process.
