Email in Use

You may encounter one of two common errors when you attempt to create a new application. One indicates that your Social Security number is in use and the other states that your email address is in use.

If you encounter either of these "in use" messages, please select the blue "login" link in the message.

This selection will direct you to the login page. Enter your email address and password to log in to your existing account.

Credential Recovery

If you cannot recall your credentials, you must complete a few recovery steps to regain system access. 

  • Email Address Recovery: Please contact support directly, as outlined below. 
  • Password Recovery: Select the Forgot Password link on the login page to manually retrieve your password. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact support directly, as outlined below.
