Some references may encounter a scenario where they do not receive the district-sent email. This reference email comes from "firstname.lastname@example.org," and users often find that their inbox placed this automated message into the junk/spam folder.
If this occurs, references will need to add "email@example.com" to their "safe senders" list in the email system to ensure future communications arrive. Once complete, you can try to re-send the reference survey once more.
The email subject often reads "Reference survey for..."
To resend a reference survey, log in to your application and navigate to the References page. The system lists a "Reference Survey Status" section underneath each reference. Click Resend the Survey Now to email the person once more.
