References Not Receiving Emails

Some references may encounter a scenario where they do not receive the district-sent email. This reference email comes from "," and users often find that their inbox placed this automated message into the junk/spam folder. 

If this occurs, references will need to add "" to their "safe senders" list in the email system to ensure future communications arrive. Once complete, you can try to re-send the reference survey once more. 

The email subject often reads "Reference survey for..." 

To resend a reference survey, log in to your application and navigate to the References page. The system lists a "Reference Survey Status" section underneath each reference. Click Resend the Survey Now to email the person once more.
