Whitelist Rules for all Frontline Applications

This article is meant for IT professionals and other technical personnel within your organization who must register server information so that appropriate privileges, services, access and security can be established when using Frontline applications and solutions.

Whitelist information in this article applies to all Frontline applications and solutions. Therefore, if your organization uses any one or more than one Frontline application and solution it is highly recommended and/or a necessity that this whitelist information be properly utilized. It is important that the IP range and URLs are "allowed" for the listed protocols.

HTTP: Port 80
HTTPS: Port 443
FTP: Ports 20 and 21
FTPS: Ports 989, 990 and 991
SFTP: Port 22
SMTP: Port 25


IP addresses are listed using Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) notation. You can convert IP addresses using a CIDR Utility Tool.
