The Confirmation Page indicates whether there are any final steps you need to complete before you can submit your application.
A "Warning:" prompt is a suggestive message. You can click the blue page link in the "Warning:" prompt to complete the suggestion, but you do not have to complete the suggestion to submit your application.
If you see an "Attention Needed:" prompt, a specific part of a page needs to be completed in order to submit your application. You will not be able to submit the application without completing the mentioned requirements. Each bullet in the prompt states the exact field to be completed. Click the blue page link in the "Attention Needed:" prompt to go to a specific page.
Once you have completed all the "Attention Needed:" prompts, you can click Finish and Submit at the bottom of the screen.
And there you have it! You have submitted your application!
